Collateral & One-Pagers
In my role at Keeley Companies, I design a variety of branded collateral and one-pagers that clearly communicate important information to internal teams, clients, and partners. My goal is always to translate complex ideas into visually organized, easy-to-understand documents that align with Keeley’s brand standards. To accomplish this, I focus on creating clean layouts, strong visual hierarchy, and consistent use of icons, typography, and color.
Each piece of collateral is intentionally designed to support clarity and usability. I structure the information in a way that guides the reader naturally through the content. This involves thoughtful sectioning, strategic use of graphics, and balancing text with visuals to maintain engagement.
This work requires close attention to detail, brand alignment, and an understanding of both audience needs and communication goals. For Keeley, these one-pagers not only serve as informational tools, but they also reinforce professionalism, consistency, and the company’s commitment to clear and effective communication.
AirTable
In my role, I have developed and managed the implementation of AirTable. AirTable is a data management software that has become essential to my creation of resumes and project profiles. This software helps collect and store all of the necessary information in one space to reference in the creation of these vital proposal materials. AirTable has expanded beyond these capabilities into a variety of tools such as shared calendars, data linking to support website content, forms and surveys for information collection, and the streamlining of processes. I am continuing my learning of the program to expand my skills in this software.
Project Profiles
At Keeley Companies, I am responsible for creating project profiles for completed and in progress work done by Keeley Construction. This entails gathering information on the project, writing copy, collecting photos taken by our photographers, and designing the project profiles in Adobe InDesign. These can then be used as collateral or in proposal for future work.
Resumes
I continuously create and update resumes for the employees of Keeley Construction for use in proposals for future work. These showcase who are team is and how they will be beneficial to a project. The name has been redacted for privacy purposes.
Brochures
This brochure was created to highlight Keeley Construction’s capabilities in various industries and showcase the most important qualities of the company’s culture. Designed to inform and engage external clients, the brochure combines clear, concise messaging with visual appeal to communicate key information.
Typography Based Design
This flyer was created to showcase my abilities in designing an engaging all text piece while showcasing Keeley’s safety first culture. By using various fonts, colors, and type size, I was able to communicate the key pillars of Keeley’s safety culture in a visually appealing manner.
